Literally the first patch note (https://www.cyberpunk.net/en/news/37043/hotfix-1-04) says:

Quests
  • Fixed an issue with completing the final objective in Gig: Freedom of the Press.
But I cannot complete the quest. After escorting the NPC to the car the game tells me to leave the area. When I do this nothing updates, but the path on the minimap tells me to go to a specific point in front of the building. When I walk there, still nothing. I tried...
