After patch 1.61, you cannot get the item: Antisurge ICE-protected netrunner infovisor. Normally found in a locked container during Reported Crime: Delivery From Above in the Rattlesnake Creek region of the Southern Badlands. There is a locker in place, but no legendary items for the set.
