At the location shown on a pic below is an elevator in one of the containers inside of the building. I think there was a mission i already solved, because i can open doors etc... to get into the building. But there is no npc but some items and some shards with story. And if i take the elevator it moves thought the elevator shaft into the void below the map, or it stops at the desired location but you stuck on top of the elevator and have sth like an X-Ray view.
