they said that you can go to any place of the game since beggining but some places the enemies are too strong so you will avoid it naturaly . prob some quests may make a place become peacifull of agressive towards you or open more options etc but i just guessing

Certainly looks like a lot of customisation/side-quests/exploration. I imagine it reflecting similar open-world story-driven games, as in there's a lot of non-main-quest content, but it's supplemental to the core story.

No, there isn't. CDPR's priorities have always resided in other areas (like the quality, consistence and meaningful writing and storyline, quest design and memorable NPC's). Bethesda's offerings are the exact opposite of this (shallow, poorly written, filled with repetitive and uninspired fetch quests etc.).
I wouldn't presume to speak for anyone but myself, but I am willing to bet fans of CDPR's previous work (myself included) would like Cyberpunk 2077's gameplay and focus to stay as far away from the likes of Skyrim and Fallout 4 as possible (I guess having the mod support that Bethesda's games have would be nice, but that's about it when it comes to things worth borrowing from those shallow and generic games).
Also I don't know what exactly you mean by "life simulator" but it brings to my mind unpleasent thoughts of the likes of "The Sims" or "Second Life" and that would most certainly not be a good fit for this game either.
As far as I'm concerned all your suggestions have no place in CDPR's games (or any dev looking to create a quality RPG that would be remembered for decades to come. But we'll see in a couple of months what kind of game Cyberpunk will be.

No sandbox applys survival or crafting this game wont have crafting and be so focus on looting thank gosh hate those types of games.
Beat way to see game is a open world RPG more or less that will grow over time with expansions with new places and they probble may or may not have quest that are repeatable for end game or have some kinda end game feature quest or bounty related im guessing.
But the main focus is story and a immersion world with believable characters rich in personality and story.
So Basicly the oppasite of a sandbox game that has no quest and just crafting and looting witch is boring in all its aspects really.
I'm sure some people tho mite like sandbox games but what classified as sandbox today i cant stand cause of how you spend all your time gathering and crafting i hate gathering and crafting i perfer open world story rich rpgs with npc merchents/vendors with cash type currency and a job system with many jobs that offer many that dont evolve around crafting and gathering.
So this game to me hits all the amazing things im looking for in a game so happy this and bloodlines 2 going ot be the best games and really only two games im looking forward to this year!

I'm pretty sure you'll be able to roam around a fair bit and I suspect most oft he quests have to be manually started, so to some extent there probably will be sandbox elements.
But I don't think the game really sandboxes until you've beaten the main story. Until that point, there's probably going to be things blocking off access here and there. Even after you've completed the story, there's probably going to be consequences depending on what you've decided to do.

i love sandbox games too but this wont be. for that wait for MP cyberpunk game, it will be like GTA online, which is sandbox. have to wait till 2022
