I´ve tried a lot, tried the save game editor and other editors as well.
I did find out how all police missions start in the quest log, for example
ma_wat_lch_*_start
ma_wat_lch_*_finished
ma_wat_lch_*_after (for organized crime, changes the public behavior on this area)
* is the number of the mission in the specific area

But no matter what, I wasn´t able to respawn the police missions.

I understand that respawning or resetting the main- or story- or sidemissions would BREAK the game, but...

Does anyone know how to RESET the blue police quests in a full playthrough?
