Found a potential memory leak in the game caused by being level 50
I did some extensive testing throughout my multiple playthroughs with the debug console and have found what is potentially a huge oversight. It is important to note that this ONLY happens at level 50 and not level 49 or lower. Once reaching player level 50, the debug console seems to spam the lines "GetRemainingExpForLevelUp(): Maximum level has been reached" as well as "IsProficiencyMaxLvl(): Proficiency 13 has reached max level". This happens a ton in crowded areas of the game.
