I shot a thug and he instantly disappeared, is that related to nerfing random loot drops?
Why do you not get it that we want the best gear in the game not one mod slot? Just give the good stuff right away? DAH?
IF YOU DO NOT PUT BACK random looting....no F-it make it so when you loot you get the maximum benefits on mod...
