I'm in act 3 of the game. Doing the Lizzy Wizzy quest. I get a text from El Cesar about how his baby his born. He then asks me if his car is still working. I didn't choose to get the car, I chose money instead. Also his contact name is stylized as El CãⒸsar, specifically like that.
