Why the game gone freeze and flatlined everytime I enter the delamain cab (The Heist Mission) ?

I have RTX 3050 with latest 14.04 driver 531.79 from nvidia and 24 RAM.
Windows 11, fresh clean install and I already verify the game for multiples times

for the mod I only use console mod
