BUG? How does this game even run...?
Game seems to run smoothly around 28-30 fps on Low Settings. 24-26 fps om Medium.
It doesn't crash, and I seem to have had very few glitches compared to what others are reporting.

BUT

Even when in the Pause Menu, it constantly drives my CPU at 98-100%.
Yet the most I've seen the GPU get to is 16% - which Task Manager attributes to "NVIDIA Container".

What I don't understand is, if the CPU is being maxed out when nothing is happening, how come the game doesn't crash when something IS...

BUG? How does this game even run...?
