Minor glitch but quite immersion breaking - V lately has become lazy and doesn't remove her clothes anymore in romance scenes or "Sweet Dreams", no matter how often I reload/restart. I don't know if it's a patch 1.6 thing because in another, earlier romance scene after installing the patch it still worked, then stopped with the "Sweet Dreams" quest.
It's only visual, when I check her inventory after the scene she appears to be clothed but actually has no items equipped, making any changes...
