This keeps happening. I frequently miss out on other dialogue because I can't actually choose other options.
It used to be where I could either use the mouse scroll wheel or the Q and E keys to cycle through options, but it just stopped working all of a sudden.
There also doesn't seem to be any way to toggle the mouse cursor in the game to try to manually interface with the UI.
I have not changed any input settings, they are all set to default. For certain dialogues, this is actually game...
