You could always come up with your own head canon for getting the surgery in-game. Maybe you were just in a firefight and your legs got shot up real bad so you had to amputate them or they barely functioned anymore.

Gender change or transgender stuff.
I really hope there not a quest we have to disguse our self by getting a transgender implant just to go threw a quest and if so hopefully we can refuse it.

Also i dont want any of those implants i saw that have a metal camera head coming out of your face I don't want any implants that make me look robotic.

I won't be getting any aim assist mods apart from the one that was shown where you can bounce bullets off walls if there's any additional ones
