I have an issue with those flickering billboards you can see in both of my videos:


I recently upgraded my graphics card from a gtx 1080 to a rtx 3090. Of course I used "display driver uninstaller" before installing the new drivers. Repairing/validating the game files dindn't help either.

The flickering occurs after about 5 minutes of playing. But only when moving the camera or driving aroud/walking around. So...
