I'm thinking of buying the Cyberpunk 2077 on pre sale, but would like to know if the digital version will come with all the items that are listed as pre-sale items.

There are no presale items or deluxe editions.

Everyone gets everything that everyone else gets.

Whether they preordered, or bought it six months after release.

The hell are you talking about? there are no "pre-sale items" (pre-order bonuses) There is the only one digital version, and a collectors edition that you were able to order online that is as far as I know sold-out. It only came with physical items, nothing ingame.
