Suddenly got teleported out of a fire fight.
This happened in Rancho Coronado. So I'm in the middle of a fire fight from responding to an assault in progress. I'm shooting a bunch of 6th street gangers, then I run up to a porta potty and attempt to climb on top, when suddenly I find myself "under" the map and then reappear a 80 meters from where I originally was.

I'm on the PC version if that matters.
