my bad , hope you get better and you can use you hand soon like you used to , about one hand option , maybe will be possible, dunno , maybe you could play. Someone before me mentioned you could play with pedals , and i could say the same yet still i am aware there are more options but dunno what , i would say a mouse yet then noone has enough money for 1 dedicated mouse , Im talking about razers Naga Trinity just because it has like 12 side buttons so yeah sounds weird using side buttons to play games and i am aware that mouse is pretty expensive , i personally dont use it because here where i live its pretty expensive , so i wont complain if is it a bad mouse or good mouse ill just mention it as i know it has 12 side buttons.

There are 20+ button mice out there I am sure you could use. I have seen many people have success with those on FPS games.
Whatever you feel would work best for you. Personally, I would go for the 20 button mice. There are options for you :)

Brain damage, no one knows in reality lol.I had all my left side to recover, as they have ♥♥♥♥ed up with the right side (and believe me being left handed on top of that is not simple lol) so, it can come back has it may not.Maybe i end up playing with an cybernetic forearm(as i'm alredy very familiarwith cybernetic) like in the game lol.

Some 8-9 years ago I was in a lord of the Rings online clan with a player who had one arm. He played one of the more difficult classes, and was good at it. Lots of buttons to use in that game. Sadly I don't remember if he used a multi-button mouse or one of those gamepads (small programable keyboard with little joystick).
