I cannot finish Nocturne (last mission)

I have done it twice now once where I end up in space and another where I went with Panam over the border.

I watch all the credits and when I return to the game I'm back at level 20 and it says "meet Hanako at Embers" again.

What can I do.... The first picture is after the second shows my save points..

Really frustrating as I can't move on or have any loot from finishing the story.
