So, i had this bug of not able to disassemble items.
I tried other solutions with selling, dropping and stashing - did not work.

So I put the stack of of Maxdoc Mk3 to car stash and left just 1 item in my inventory. I equipped that Maxdoc, used it, then picked up from car 1 item, then all others as well.
And now I was able to disassemble them.
Tested it on Ozobs grenade - works too.

Here you go! I hope, this will work for others as well.
