Question about flying cars
If I ain't mistaken they said we could drive cars and motorcycle, so I assume that means we won't be able to drive flying cars. (Which doesn't bother me in all honesty.)

Will we be able to use (and order) flying taxis like in the most recent gameplay we've been shown (From the epilogue of the Corporate backstory)? I think it would be cool to be able to freely order a flying taxi to pick you up and drive you to a bar or something.

Have they said anything about being able to hitch a ride on one of those whenever you want or they're only mission items (Or whatever the term is).

They did not disclose any information but from what i understand that they seemed to be mission related. You can watch Skillups video, he briefly talks about that.

From what i've seen in the new gameplay and what the youtubers/streamers reported about that flying thingy is an active loading screen with in game engine. Basically you get in, take in the scenery while going to your destination and game loads on the background. I could be wrong ofc, they could go 180 and here you go you can operate the flying limo but it both seems and reported that, that it is not the case.
