I had this bug since the early versions. I don't exactly why, but sometimes it seems I press W and ALT simultaneously and I start walking very very slow. Slower than you walk encumbered (not the case). If I watch myself walking is like I am in slow motion.

No car involved. No slow-motion cyberware is involved.

Any solution? I have read about this but there is not anything useful for me. I have to close the game completely and restart it. Saving and reloading, zooming in-out, going to...
