Bug: Little to no dialogue in Regina Jones calls. (other calls not tested)
When I get calls from Regina Jones about a gig, she stays silent for the whole call or says the last half of the conversation before giving me the quest. (Same after finishing the GIG)
No subtitles when she stays silent either. I didn't bother playing any more with this bug, since I was missing story elements related to the gigs.
I don't know if this would happen with other calls, but starting a new save worked.

You would think that if I loaded an older save where the bug didn't happen it...
