I want to say that the hype is through the roof, but there isn't that much hype around this game compared to other popular titles. It's just Witcher fans exaggerating.

Remember when they said this was gonna be the best game ever then CDPR revealed it was first person? A small but very vocal minority lost their minds. Suddenly one of the greatest games ever made(that was neither finished nor had they played yet) became another non description first person shooter unworthy of the rpg tag.

Then it was still a good game but wouldn't live up to its potential due to no third person. Then they revealed there are no gender options and it was alleged CDPR was being directed by a liberal agenda which sought to undermine gaming for straight white males.

The point is because this game has taken so long to come out people have built up fantasies in their heads of what the game is/should be. The truth is none of us know or will know whether this will be a masterpiece until its released.

You can go in and make any tag you want, if enough do that it changes.

If we all agree to put in a tag called "Ciri" then if enough do it, that is what will be shown.
