Pre patch 1.05 I would get approx 45-50 FPS average. Now I get 30 with frequent dips into the 20's, seen some as low as 17. No changes to my settings. Exact same settings I used for my first playthrew.

RTX 2080 TI, 32g ram, Intel I7, SSD.

Somthing is off.

Edit....Todays patch...1.05. NOT 1.04
it is the difference from playable to not.
