Hidden Nomad dialogue is obtained by completing Gig: Guinea Pigs while also making sure to talk to the desk clerk at the hotel during or after the gig. I completed Guinea Pigs then got really annoyed the dialogue wasn't available, then read somewhere about the desk clerk and just went back and exhausted the two blue dialogues before starting Olive Branch. Fixed the issue and got the hidden dialogue.
