so far this and doom eternal are the only real contenders for GOTY 2020.... everything else is either very family friendly, anti consumer (FF7) or just garbage

Well I mean, Witcher 2 and 3 had nudity and didn't dare shy away from it or anything. Since CDPR is also the developer for CP2077, I have no doubt they'll probably include it here.
