You can pre order it even 2 weeks before release. No reason to rush, else you will be disappointed like many if it gets delayed again.

If you are sure you'll want to play the game and have the disposable income there's no real reason not to; but at the same time, there isnt any real incentive to pre-order either.I pre-ordered because..
