No one knows, yet.We don't even know what API's will be supported for sure. But it will at least be DX12, since that is required for Ray Tracing.And the RED Engine that the game is running on supports..

It doesnt matter what size monitor you have, the bigger the better.If you sit close then a 32inch is all you need.
