Basically each will give you a different start to the game, and as you play you'll have specific speech options available to you later on based on which you picked.Think of it as the different origin ..

I wouldn't be surprised if they toned it down a bit the game still has crazy detail even in the newest game play reveal. These days I don't expect every game to be amazing as lets say the first Crysis..

That is very likely. Cyberpunk 2077 won't have the crappy gameplay that the Witcher has. It's going to be like a more responsive first-person cross between Deus Ex and GTA.

Well I mean, Witcher 2 and 3 had nudity and didn't dare shy away from it or anything. Since CDPR is also the developer for CP2077, I have no doubt they'll probably include it here.
