I find it easier to budget my games out with preordering. Especially with a game that will be the most important form of the entertainment this decade. So yeah I gladly preordered it.

There are 20+ button mice out there I am sure you could use. I have seen many people have success with those on FPS games. Whatever you feel would work best for you. Personally, I would go for the 20 ..
