I think it will need further modding support to match the player's in-game interactions in case the devs haven't got around to it but yes it'll be a quite popular function indeed.

Nothing official, but you can always play the radio in Windows as background.

I would be happy with at least a character creator. I remember back at Dragon Age, you could create a character before the game released and then import it into game.

back in 2000 deus ex was a revolutionary game. Game of the year, when that phrase meant something.I'm thinking cyberpunk 2077 will be no different.
