The aiming sensitivity is too high.

Zoom Sensitivity reduction does absolutely nothing to fix it either. Neither do any of the advanced options.

The game is unplayable as the ads speed is currently higher than the regular camera speed.

And looking through this forum and the sub reddit, it's been a known problem since launch.
