If you give someone a gift, digital or not, it belongs to them the moment you transfer it. There are zero laws in any land that backs up refunding a gift you gave someone. Period. It's stupid to think..

That's awesome to hear. If cdpr manage to pull of a good multiplayer mode (im hoping coop only) after all the DLC is out you two can do some night city adventures together.
