Well, they could have it set up as a way to save the player when things go bad. You wouldn't need to see them appear or anything. Player "dies" and the screen goes black, and then you hear t..

Its an open world game so its hard to imagine death as a final thing and reliance on saved games to come back.Or maybe im just thinking gta too much.

they already said that Trauma Team is not something you can have, because it would be kinda OP whenever you receive any damage Trauma Team would be sent in immediately to check out the situation lul
