as it is CDPR, but yeh i like custom tags. i have the World of (insert vehicle type) series and a few others in a tag called Cash Grab.

Yeah, sadly there's no oversight on Steam's tags. I've seen a lot of those garbage porn games with stolen art popping up on my store suggestions and some of those are being tagged with "masterpie..
