From what I heard there won't be traditional "romance" stuff like in say the BioWare games. Though we will have the ability for lots of one night stands. :p

You can probably talk to every NPC, and if I remember right, you can even have one night stands with them (depending on your sexuality). Nothing more is known, so just wait until release.
