a lot of cut scenes suggest that the look of ur player character is already set... so u cant create a uniqe face, i would even say the body sliders are limited... add or remove a few muscles and thats..

Last I saw it seemed like the usual "sliders" options for a lot of it. Fairly standard for the most part.
