I already preordered both. I love the original Bloodlines, despite it's jankyness, and with the original lead writer back on board for Bloodlines 2 (along with the original composer) I'm confidant it'..

There are no presale items or deluxe editions.Everyone gets everything that everyone else gets.Whether they preordered, or bought it six months after release.

I find it easier to budget my games out with preordering. Especially with a game that will be the most important form of the entertainment this decade. So yeah I gladly preordered it.
