i read somewhere that you cant run over peoples with your car ( but i dont remember if it was official or just some random dude talking) so i think the npcs will be like witcher 3, you cant atack them..

I wouldn't be surprised if they toned it down a bit the game still has crazy detail even in the newest game play reveal. These days I don't expect every game to be amazing as lets say the first Crysis..

Whats wrong with? To spoil peoples fun, who figure out that they did mistakes in attributes at the very beginning of the game? If there will not be, a mod might fix it later. No one can expect peoples..
