a lot of cut scenes suggest that the look of ur player character is already set... so u cant create a uniqe face, i would even say the body sliders are limited... add or remove a few muscles and thats..

I suggest a 2k high hz screen, i assume this will support wide screen. Dont go for 4k unless you have a beast of a machine and dont care if youre limited to 60fps.

Like any other game with cheat engine add unlimited money, skills and items and mod the game with high number of mods if possible.
