Im just hoping that the game wont be a lot of micro-management of stats/skills. I know it's a RPG but it's what turned me off of DeusEx.

I'm actually hoping that it is overwhelming, this way I can play whatever path I want, then restart the game some time after beating it, and do it all again, and have a completely different experience..

That's awesome to hear. If cdpr manage to pull of a good multiplayer mode (im hoping coop only) after all the DLC is out you two can do some night city adventures together.
