What i saw the devs claim the answear is yes to interacting and fighting random npcs but fighting random npcs will be consider a crime like it would in real life so expect depending on where your at i..

Thinking that it will run on 2 GB VRAM card is unrealistic. Even Detroit: Being Human doesnt do that anymore, along with quite a few modern games, you can probably get Detroit to run on 2 GB VRAM card..
