I'm guessing at the very least a year and a half or two down the road from the base game before we see expansions just basing this around when we saw the first expansion for the witcher III.

We don't know any price details yet. But I believe it was 2 or 3 DLC's planned. They're basically doing the same as with Witcher 3. Proper expansions, not just tiny DLC to nickle and dime people.
