You can probably talk to every NPC, and if I remember right, you can even have one night stands with them (depending on your sexuality). Nothing more is known, so just wait until release.

Perhaps? Depending on how the endings pan out, it may be a direct sequel or standalone. Needless to say, this IP is definitely isn't concluding with this game IMO.
