If gta can do it then i dont see why this cant. But why would you want to spend credits on car modding when you can spend them on body modding?

probably. I mean, we get to create character, choose cloths and things like hair adn tattoes and cosmetic only cyberware so id imagine they'll let us customize cybernetic implants of they can be seen ..
