That is very likely. Cyberpunk 2077 won't have the crappy gameplay that the Witcher has. It's going to be like a more responsive first-person cross between Deus Ex and GTA.

Costs exactly the same for me across stores (60€), but maybe regional pricing on some stores but not others can make a difference...
