probably. I mean, we get to create character, choose cloths and things like hair adn tattoes and cosmetic only cyberware so id imagine they'll let us customize cybernetic implants of they can be seen ..

I hope the hand customisation in the character creator is the most indepth hand customisation ever made because that's what we'll be looking at for 90% of the game.
