important note on GoG you can play without the internet after youve downloaded it already. Steam has that 30 days and your locked out bullpucky.

You could check that with The Witcher 3 if you own it, but I think it will work, just won't be getting any achievements registered probably.

If you get the Steam version Steam must run while playingOn Gog there is no such requirement and the game can be copied and played anywhere, there is no DRM whatsoever.

Ok, Witcher 2 needs Steam to work 🙁Witcher 3 I have from GOG, and this run even after I changed my Windows from 7 to 10! Without any reinstall.
