Why would a game not out have a sale? Unless it was a pre-order sale in which case that would've been around the moment the game was up for pre-order. Also the 5 dollars off is a Steam thing.

They sold 28 million copies of witcher 3. My best guess would be around 10 million copies in the first 10 days. That's not unrealistic.

CD Project RED what else you need to know ?. this is the one DEV that has my Per-Order every time they make a game. i would not put it past that Cyberpunk 2077 will be bigger then GTA-5 i cant wait.
