Top right of Steam window click on your name, go to account details, view purchase history, find Cyberpunk 2077, click it and request a refund.

Oh you're right :) my steam account is locked to US region. That's why I see different price when visiting Indonesia.

My guess is the release is set at midnight Warsaw time or something like that, and Steam takes timezones into account while EGS does not.
